PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received and verified. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information provided is accurate. Inner Gold is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by inaccurate billing information or payment issues. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent activity or misuse of our payment system is suspected.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are processed and shipped within five (5) business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped, including tracking information when available. Inner Gold is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

For international orders, additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Any issues with your order must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing [bella@innergoldshop.com] with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges, if you’d like a different item, please place a new order.

 

PROHIBITED USES

By using this website, you agree not to: Violate any laws or regulations. Infringe on our intellectual property or use our content without permission. Misrepresent yourself or your identity. Attempt to interfere with or hack our website or services .Use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose We reserve the right to deny access to our site or cancel orders if any prohibited behavior is detected.

 

ORDER CANCELATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at [bella@innergoldshop.com]. After this window, your order will be processed and shipped, and we will be unable to cancel it.

Inner Gold also reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, inventory issues, or incorrect pricing.

All Inner Gold products are handmade with care and sold “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please review product descriptions, materials, and care instructions before making a purchase. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or damage caused by improper use or care.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Gold shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses; even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related to your use of this website or purchases made from Inner Gold shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
